Hang down the best we had in sl. in the same night we even had seconds. beautiful dame that cooks from her house, don't let you throw away from the lack of decoration. the curries and kotthu are amazing.

Really beautiful place and defense house cooking. The taste is really good and the owners really polite. Nothing beautiful, but its place you are looking for if you really want to enjoy a good meal.

Have you ever been on your journeys and want to find a place where it feels like you had your mom cooked? Mettha is the place where you go. Prices are affordable, super fresh and large portions. It's a family business, and they're so nice people. They took a street cat that is the most beautiful little creature, so you have amazing company in the restaurant, even if you go alone. Mettha's husband even helped us with his tuktuk when we had to grab something and didn't charge us at all. You're very nice people. We also hunted a seafood tablet, and she said she could prepare it for the next night for our pleasure. Unfortunately, we had some personal problems, and we had to go suddenly, so never to our next dinner at Metha's Home Cooking. This restaurant was our favorite thing in Unawatuna, and the one we regret was not able to enjoy again. Amazing food created by amazing people.
