Mcdonald's - Gardena

I absolutely love this place! It holds a special place in my heart because I worked here for 15 years, and I take great pride in calling it my restaurant.

I've consistently had a great experience at this McDonald's. I enjoy stopping by during my late-night lunch breaks, and it's convenient that I can use the drive-thru with my semi truck in bobtail configuration. That's definitely a 5-star experience for me!

Usually, our orders are great, and the fries are really delicious. Unfortunately, lately the fries have looked stale and taste bland. Additionally, we keep receiving plain cheeseburgers instead of the ones with all the toppings.

I read if I start getting some McDonald's that that's a strong McDonald's they got to deal with all the activity that goes around the area so my hat's off to these people that can maintain a professional character throughout the 8 hours of their shift knowing that they have to deal with crazy people around so this place deserves 100 Stars

Which McDonald's? The staff member who asked me for my order was too preoccupied with chatting to get it right. My hot chocolate was cold and watered down, my cinnamon roll was hard, and I couldn't even voice my concerns in the survey because the printer was out of ink and couldn't print the numbers on the other side. It's no surprise that this location was empty compared to the other McDonald's nearby.
