Food was old dry look like its been sitting for days its like they threw me whatever was left in the pan from two days ago into a bag

Had ordered there 3 times when getting a baconator. the 1st 2 time where ok but the 3rd time, I was giving a cheeseburger with no bread in a container.

I just attempted to use the drive-thru, but no one responded. I waited for a few minutes, but still nothing. They close at 1, but I arrived at 12:30.

I was in my car waiting to place an order when I noticed the person preparing the meals. He scratched his head and then answered a phone call, after which he took off his gloves. What surprised me was that he didn’t wash his hands afterward. You might be curious about how I witnessed all of this—I was in the drive-thru, and a delivery truck was present, so the back door was open.

The food and service were excellent! However, the restroom could use some improvement in cleanliness.
