Hudson's Mill - Garnerville

Everything that comes out of the kitchen at Hudson is absolutely delicious. I've dined here twice for dinner, and both times, our meals were cooked to perfection. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is both warm and inviting. If you haven't been yet, make sure to go tonight! I highly recommend the firecracker shrimp and crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizers, and for dinner, try the chicken a limon and the pan-seared salmon.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which was highly recommended to us, and it's easy to see why. The creative menu features a variety of interesting and unique dishes, and no one in our group was disappointed – each meal was delicious. I ordered the lemon chicken with angel hair pasta, and the chicken was perfectly moist, complemented by a lovely lemon sauce. For my appetizer, I enjoyed the grilled peaches, which were a delightful treat for the palate. The service was very courteous and attentive, making for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for a pleasant brunch experience. Plus, there was plenty of parking available.
