The quality of the food is outstanding, earning a perfect rating. The service was good, but there’s always room for a little improvement, hence a 4-star rating. The atmosphere is delightful, making it a pleasant place to dine. When it comes to parking, there's plenty available with free parking options, which is a huge plus. Overall, a great spot for a low-cost dinner!

Food is good here. You always win when you get pizza here. The prices have gone up as with everything so now it’s a bit pricey. I was a little disappointed with the fries though because they were hard. But everything else was fine. There’s dinning if you choose, and the employees are friendly. Great food but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, so respectfully this will be my last time ever going to Mr. Crispy’s. It’s unfortunate how staff can ruin someone’s business. There was no greeting upon entry. I called in my order and as I’m waiting for an employee to make eye contact for assistance, it’s evident that they are avoiding me. It’s 7:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. All business’ get busy but at this time, it wasn’t. There is one nasty customer at the counter acting like other customers shouldn’t be standing near her. Finally, a male employee asked if I’m being helped and I said no. He didn't respond so I said “I called in”, still no response. I’m not sure if he heard me, no response is a poor way to communicate to a customer. He didn’t ask my name or what I ordered or if it was ready or not. The other female behind the counter brings my food and rings it up. Both staff members acted like it was such a bother. This service was so terrible for something as simple as a take out order. I pay for the food, I say thank you, and again no manners or response from either employees. I’ve been in the restaurant business as a bartender for over 2 years. This service was so poor and unpleasant.
