I loved how the females Dat took my order and how RESPECTFUL SHE WAS. PERFECT AND I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM A 5

I was actually traveling from Chicago and had to use the restroom. We stopped and put an order in to avoid issues if I wasn’t ordering. Turns out the bathroom had an out of order sign up. The cashier said it really was in need of repair. Not happy about the bathroom but I was pleasantly surprised that the food was tasty

Great customer service but never been to a kfc with no refills on the drinks before... They make you pay for a new drink every time. And no it's not like that everywhere. I ate at the one in Griffith yesterday and got a refill on my drink. Not sure why this store is like that but I feel if you eat in store and pay $12 for a combo you should be able to get a refill

Not sure what's going on there. Discontinued wings. Chicken not cooked well. Staff changes. I hope to be able to come back to them soon.

Food was ok, staff wasn’t so friendly. Did not get any plates when we dined in, we had to use napkins. Tables and bathrooms were clean! :
