Feedback gevenChaese is an amazing, fantastic, wonderful and attentive server. Your table presence makes you feel like you've known her forever. It is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was amazing from the hook and since this place was best chosen burgers in the area we had to try. Very recommended, ask Chaese you will not be disappointed!
The service is good, but the food wasn't. We had the chips and queso, it was like dirt. The burgers and pommes were good, but my burger should rarely be made med and not well. Eating didn't like it. Then the margarita tasted like the ocean lmao. I can't get that stuff up.
Good service and food looked and tasted great. Unfortunately, two of us three were pretty sick. I don't think it was bad, just too fat and rich for us. If we try them again, we will be more careful what we choose.
Me? ve was in different places of Bad Daddy?s a few times, and my experience was different at each. This was my first time I came to the Gastonia site. The service was great. We were a group of 8 so I know that complicated things, but everything came fast and without mistake. I forgot how good their burgers are. My mouth really made water. I am glad to see that the success of the East Blvd site was able to spread across the region.
This was our first visit to this establishment. We notified our server, Madison, of that fact and asked for recommendations. We ordered two of the items she recommended. When asked what our SIDE ITEM choices were, she plainly stated (and pointed to the menu) that we could choose from anything on the list from the Truffle fries, and down . So my husband ordered the small order of onion rings, because she said that was the size option for a side and I ordered the truffle fries. Food was delicious. Service was attentive. That 's why I gave 2*s. When our bill was delivered, we were charged $6 for the fries, and $4.50 for the 4 onion rings!! When we questioned her, she stated that any of those items were an up-charge! She plainly did NOT say that to us. Another server came over to our table, when we asked for the manager, and pointed to the microscopic fine print, on the bottom of the opposite page, that gives a few options which would not incur the additional charge. We would have been happy with any of them, especially the sweet potato fries! She 's said there was nothing that was going to be done about the bill, since it 's in black and white on the menu . Not the way to do business. We left zero gratuity, when we usually leave 20+ , with the hopes that she will think about what she did. Food is not the only thing that keeps people coming back, my friends.
