Krispy Kreme - Gastonia

Came to drive thru and was told they were only selling glazed even though they had full racks of all flavors behind the cashier. Was told they weren 't allowed to sell those because they were saved for shipping by a rude cashier. My doughnuts were the size of onion rings with holes the size of dimes and I do have pics for proof. This is the third incident at this location and my last spent there. Poor quality and poor customer service

Ordered online and of course they don't have anything they're advertising or the regular kinds besides glazed. Fine. Trying to cancel my order and nobody has answered the phone in over 30 minutes. Every time I've ordered from this location there's been an issue. Poorly run location.

Went and bought two dozen of donuts. Out of two dozen all of them were kind of burnt and tasted funny with hardly no glaze. I paid almost 30 bucks for coffee and donuts to bring home. Keep trying to get a hold of someone at the store, and could not get a hold of them as always going to a automated service. I also try to reach someone online through Krispy Kreme cannot reach anyone. We have been going to Krispy Kreme since I was a kid never had this kind of service of bad donuts that taste funny and look funny. It was nasty.

I waited in line today for 20mins for them to tell me they don’t have frozen pumpkin spice lattes after I had already order it. This location is soooo slow with service and so are the workers. They need to shutdown rebuild and hire new people.
