Feedback gevenShould be a zero rating. I ordered two plates with dirty rice and got white rice, no explanation. You look different. Second plate was 3 whole wing plate and these 3 wings were literally the smallest wings I've ever seen or served. I paid 28.00 and I got a good look at the drive thru person?s back to the head during my 8 minutes waiting and finally she offered no straws for my drinks and gave me 3 bags at a time. Oh, she said a great day.

We were the only customers in the restaurant. 1. noted that there was so cold in the restaurant there was no possibility that a person could eat there an order with our shimmer! I think it was now that I think you wouldn't stay there. 1:08 pm and 3 persons who travel through and through the dinning room. The kitchen is run from the end of 60?s to 70?s man. He watched him and he wasn't up!! Excellent worker. A woman who was driving was also busy. The young lady who works in the dining room could have kept less. Asked for our order. We gave it. She made a mistake and asks us to check our order. We did. Then five minutes later we got our food. Our car to eat and my wife order for 3 sharp offers was a chest and thighs. She took it back and the young lady told my wife that she should have specified!!! She didn't read the order she took 5 minutes ago. Ticket said 3 sharp offers!!! My wife was trying to flash the receipt to her and ask why didn't you put the ticket in my box? But she didn't. That's how the lesson learned. NOT EAT THIS RESTAURANT until the company or franchise owners have a serious look at their Google rating! I wish we had!!!
We went today at 2:25 and sat in the drive thru with a person before us over 20 minutes. We went in and stood there forever before we left. The staff spoke to other people, but could not say, "We will be together in a minute." How rude!!! You need a better training! I get places where you worked short, or they have problems with their computer system so they couldn't do the Pommes. However, it takes less than a minute to welcome a customer. If you can stand there and talk to a customer, you can welcome another.
Service without smile!!! A short trip through the Drive-Thru and the staff was very uninterested the day I suspect. 2 chicken sandwiches (one spicy the others not). They had no apple cake available, but overall I can't forget the cash that looked out and felt like she was a different place than at work. The food was good, but the service was lacking.
Every time I come here there's a problem. This last time was the final straw. I did an online order for pick up in drive thru. I pulled up and was told to hold. Almost 7mins later I get asked my order. Said I had an online order and she tells me I have to come inside with no explanation. I pull around and the lady working the drive thru is going to her car and sat ther for like 15mins, which is about how long it took me to get my food. I had my 3yr old with me and I was not trying to have to get out of the car or deal with any possible Covid contamination. When I asked if there was a reason I was forced to come inside, I couldn't get an answer and the manager was hiding outside with a whole attitude. Enough of my rant. I don't care how much I love Popeyes, I won't be coming back to this one ever again.
