I normally do not do reviews, but this place deserves it. I?ve never had viva chicken before and upon my first visit the atmosphere and staff were very friendly. I had trouble choosing a dish but the staff was very knowledgeable and helped recommend one of their favorites. Also, you never see managers as productive as the staff these days. Bessie was out helping and being an amazing team leader. I?m so glad I was able to experience such amazing leadership. She kept the moral of the team going and was just great with the guest and her employees. I will be visiting this location again and I thank her and her staff for providing me with such amazing food. Keep up the great work Bessie your restaurant is great!

At this Viva Chicken, you'll discover delicious and healthy options along with incredibly friendly service. It's truly refreshing to have this restaurant as a dining choice. The chicken is perfectly cooked, and the skin is absolutely delicious. There are plenty of healthy side dishes to choose from, as well as unique beverages like cilantro limeade. The atmosphere is lovely, featuring stylish tables and a covered outdoor seating area. Every staff member was extremely friendly!

My husband and I are huge fans of Viva Chicken, and this location consistently impresses us. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is top-notch. However, today was particularly outstanding! We want to thank Angel and Jailyn for their warm smiles while welcoming us and taking our order. A special shoutout to Yolanda for checking in on us regularly and ensuring we had everything we needed!

I don't usually write reviews, but today I felt compelled to share my experience. Your General Manager, Bessie, is exceptional. I visited knowing it would be a busy day, yet she greeted everyone with a smile and wished us a Happy Mother's Day. The rest of the staff was friendly, too. When I got home with my meal, it was, as always, fantastic—I’m never let down. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so it’s refreshing to see that Bessie and her team understand its value. I will definitely be returning.
