This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, a beautiful presentation, and delicious dishes. If you're in Hillcrest, I would highly recommend this branch to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Lovely,cozy environment, great for couples and familes, there's even a great play area for kids. Simphiwe our waiter gave us really good service and made our visit really pleasant. 10/10 will recommend you give this ocean basket a try. The quality of the food was exceptional

We celebrated our daughter's 18 birthday dinner at Hillcrest ocean basket. The manager Carlos was very helpful when I messaged before hand and the staff are very friendly. Our waitress Amanda as a trainee was really good. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

My colleagues and I tried out the Lunchbox special we absolutely enjoyed everything that we ordered. Food was fresh and exactly how we wanted it, the staff have such good attention to detail and even remembered to give us sauce. The sauce from here is out of this world amazing, they have 2 varieties 1 being a butter sauce and the other a lemon butter just totally divine. I would highly recommend that you try this branch out. The owner was also present when i had gone to pick my order up, he told me that he has the best welcome buns/rolls out of all the Ocean Baskets so I bought 3 and I was NOT disappointed. Those were the best buns ever! Big thanks to the staff (Zwa) and the owner for such great food and our order.
