We visited the restaurant tonight, and I inquired about the vegan options. The staff provided insightful answers, and I ended up choosing the pakoras as a starter and the chickpea curry as my main dish. Everything was simply perfect and delicious. The service was excellent as well.

Several vegetarian dishes are available for vegans. We ordered an eggplant dish, which was made with canola oil instead of ghee. The mushrooms and herbs were also delicious.

This is the only place worth returning to, as everything on the menu is worth trying. It's a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worthwhile.
