Swadish - Glasgow

This place won scottish best indian restaurant 2022 and wanted to try it out. a cordial greeting as soon as we came in, the service was great, felt not rushed and the waiter was very well informed about the dishes on the menu. I and my partner ordered the chicken masala and the seabass, both were extremely tasty and perfectly cooked. safe to say this place lives up to the hype, it was a wonderful experience.

So grateful and satisfied with swadish by ajay kumar. it was the first experience of my brother in swadish, and I must say they deserve a standing evation for their service and compassion. so many vegan options to choose from. we had a special order due to food restrictions, and they ensured that we were all satisfied. she curates all the dishes to meet our specific needs. their desserts are something from this world. we ordered the forbidden apple and rajasthani ghevar. the colors, the texture, the taste everything was 10/10 came to the service, it was exceptional. the real demut and friendliness of the staff as well as the fact that chef ajay himself came out to talk to everyone about their experience, shows how much they appreciate their customers. they are really the best Indian restaurant in Scotland! this is a meelin star level experience.

I knew that this would be good, and it has all expectations completely exceeded the eating was beautifully presented, the aromen did not leave one of their taste buds untouched the staff was very attentive and answered all that we had, and explained the dishes when we went, we had created a wonderful chat with ajay and look forward to a return visit ajay and his coworkers have created a perfect culinary experience

Fabulous modern Indian cuisine certainly the best of its kind. chef chef ajay has a mastery note with spicy. the fish cooking is exceptional. reassuringly small menu do not expect any of the usual BIR stuff here.

Nice restaurant and ambience is good. Staff are very courteous. Presentation for food is excellent but the taste does not match up to that excellence. I had more expectations on taste. I liked jackfruit pepper fry Seems lesser on variety as well. Price is ok.
