I went here in 2019 and they had a separate large vegan menu. Amazing food! Came back in 2022 and it is expensive (4 vegan main options, £10-12 each for curry only, no rice / naan) and the two nets I tried were not so delicious. I had much better veggie curries. We went with Nonvegans and their main thing were £16-30 for Curry only!
We ate here on a last trip to Glasgow. After reading the reviews and carrying out some research, we were very pleased. The service at night was disorganized: we waited for more than 30 minutes on our starter and then one of the dishes was wrong. We were encouraged to keep the wrong starter while we were waiting for the right ones: that was obviously very generous, but too much food! The kale starter is AMAZING: Monster kale. The cauliflower starter (not ordered was delicious and the Aloo Tiki (two days later) is delicious. The food here is stunning, but the restaurant must improve communication between the kitchen and the waiting staff: We were not the only diners to have problems and the restaurant was not busy. We will definitely return and definitely recommend this restaurant if you like me long a decent vegan curry!
So impressed by this place. I heard good things and it still knocked out my socks. We have the flower wings, the Aloo tikki and the kale pakora. The kale pakoras are massive! You might have used more sauce or Chutney with them, but they were so good. The aloo tikki was the outstanding starter for me, just delicious. For the net we ordered the beet valleys and the eggplant and pistachios. The Beetroot armi came with the most delicious Chana masala I've ever had. The Aubergine court came with Jerusalem artichokes chips, so delicious. They even have vegan naan breads. Forget to mention the poppadome, it is not often surprising, but they are here! Great cocktail menu and fascinating desserts, but unfortunately we had neither the space nor the time to deepen into it. Next time definitely.
Decent selection of vegan starters, mains and desert. The kale bahji and Tofu Korma and Chocolate Sphere all amazing. Service was so helpful and attentive. On the pricey side, but well worth it for decent vegan Indian food in the heart of Glasgow.
