Churroholic - Glendale

We tried the boba and churros. The brown sugar milk tea was sweet with a little tang. The churros took a little bit to prepare, but both were perfectly crispy (and big). We'll be back.Food: 4/5

Ever since this establishment changed the name and/or apparently came under new management it has gone to complete garbage—the staff was rude, the manager/owner was incredibly rude inconsiderate. He had a terrible attitude, rolling his eyes refusing to acknowledge problems in his business with cleanliness quality of product AND he treats his employees terrible in front of customers! I find that to be very uncouth, unprofessional terribly embarrassing on/to his staff! I would never return to this business; I spend way too much money there for the quality of service product or in this circumstance lack there of. The business owner/manager is nothing to brag about—he needs to take some serious courses in restaurant management take a MAJOR look at his behavior. Meh— 0/19 if I could!!!!!

Food and drinks look and taste amazing ?? totally coming back for more customer for life.

So let me just say I love this establishments food and drink, usually on a busy night the wait is no more than 10 minutes tops. I ordered an iced coffee, that's it, just an iced coffee, it took 40 minutes to get my order! There were 4 girls working, all with no sense of urgency, line out the door, people waiting for their food and they just took their sweet little time. I used to work fast food as a teen so I understand the sense of urgency on a busy night/ rush hour. However these girls completely lacked situational awareness and sense of urgency. Someone needs to be on the floor delegating if these teenagers/20 somethings can't get it together. Over an hour wait for an iced coffee is ridiculous!

A group of 6 of us went here 2 times within a week of each visit. On the first visit we ordered the mini sundae for $4.50. When we returned a week later and ordered the same item, it was $8.50. We told the clerk/manager that the same item was $4.50 last week, she said it had to have been a mistake...the price was $8.50. When we pointed out to her that a regular sundae was $9.50.. how could that be right. She said that's the price now, it was a mistake if we bought it last week at that price. A person in my group ordered a scoop of ice cream with bits of a churro in the ice cream with a side of chocolate syrup...she was charged $4.50. When I ordered the same, she charged me $8.50. I showed her my friend's receipt, she said that was a mistake, the price is suppose to be $8.50. This manager also said the prices posted on the overhead board menu were not right.. She said the prices on the menus were the correct prices. The manager was not very customer friendly. We will not return to this place...
