Dunkin' - Gloucester

This restaurant has the worst service in town and would be better off closed. They only have one woman working, and if she does get help, the second person is much faster. She is always openly complaining and rude to those waiting in line. It's better to go to a small business coffee shop if you want fast service.

I was 50 cents short, but the waiter insisted on covering the difference with his own money. He was amazing. Beverly loved him. I will definitely be back to repay his kindness tenfold.

I never want my coffee messed up. They have a very limited selection of muffins. I wish they had more blueberry options.

This restaurant is the top choice in Gloucester. My order is consistently prepared perfectly, and even if there are any mistakes, the staff are extremely friendly and quickly resolve any issues. The customer service is exceptional and the restaurant is kept very clean.
