Dunkin' - Gorham

Gorham has always been my go to dunkin but the past 3 months EVERY single time I go my coffee is messed up. I’ve asked them to fix it one time when it was absolutely horrible and it still wasn’t right.

Good morning crew. Often am making my before work stops and appreciate the employees that help get me going in the AM.Dietary restrictions: There are milk alternatives and decaf options.

It was 6:28 pm on a Sunday night stopping to get coffee , went through the drive thru no one answered that so went to front of store got out and doors where locked. But the store hours said they were open until 7:00pm, not good customer service.

Pretty decent overall, good and friendly service.Occasional staffing issues mean it might be unexpectedly closed or the drive through wait might be long. Plan in advance for a wait if stopping by during morning rush hour.

I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on.
