Pepe’s - Governors Bay

Went into the store today and a young lady Charlotte was swamped with orders so I waited for her to finish some uber ones grabbed some drinks for her and just talked she was an awesome person 12/10 customer service! Oh the food was great too

Had been to this outlet many times. They have good vegetarian options and the vegetarian burrito was my go-to option as it used to be very filling. The thing that impressed me the most about this outlet was its staff. I found the employees, especially Bailey and the other taller guy, to be very friendly, engaging in conversations while preparing the burrito. They were very considerate in changing their gloves before preparing my vegetarian burrito. As I was a regular here, they gave me a card, having some offers, which could be used about 7 times. I recommend this outlet to anyone who is into Tex-Mex food, looking for vegetarian options.

I ordered these things using uber app. But i didnt get one of the order when i got. so i went the store. The staffs were really friendly and nice to me. They said sorry and gave me their food though it wasn’t even their fault. Thanks for your help so much. The food was amazing as well.

I absolutely love Pepe's Mexican Grill. I have been a huge fan for years and their food has stayed consistently mind-blowing ever since I got a free burrito on the day the Northwood Supa Centre store opened! The staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure you have a great experience while you're in their store. I also can't say enough about the Melted Queso Cheese, it is life changing and I would have it on my cereal if I could. Keep up the great work Pepe's!

I never write reviews but felt like the riccarton Pepe's staff deserved a mention. My flat mate and I have been in there 3 times now and have had a great experience with your staff each time . They have all had great banter and are very helpful. With good staff like that it will keep me coming back. Thanks riccarton Pepe's.
