Burger King - Green River

The worst one. I placed mobile orders with drive through pick up option. In the store, the girl told me that the drive through is closed. She asked me to request for refund!! She also refused to take the order inside! She was treating very unprofessionally. Just ruined my day.

No salads, grilled chicken or healthy choices. After we ordered the woman behind the counter told us they didn't have items we ordered off the menu in front of us, then gave me a dirty look after I remarked there were no healthy choices. At that time the dining area was closed off, but there were about 10 people waiting in the dining area because the service was so slow taking orders, then receiving orders the drive through was closed! All around disappointing. Do not recommend.

Needed a mask to enter the dining room to order. No inside dining at this point. They did not have any french fries but they substitute hash browns for French fries. I like the hash browns more than the french fries so this was all good for me.

The restrooms were clean but were low on paper. The food came out quickly and was made to order and was what one would expect from BK. The service unfortunately at the time was slow but in their defense we did hit at a really busy time of day. They were definitely hopping and trying to push orders. Also since people can't seem to ever make up their minds it's difficult to blame a restraunt for slow service. The help was decent although there was definitely an attitude which could be felt by anyone that was around. It was clear the team wasn't firing on all cylinders but making the best out of a trying situation. Life seems to put is all in the pressure cooker from time to time and it's important to see how we come out on the other side. Do we fold or push through? It's always that simple.

Stopped on New Years ever at 7:30pm. They decided to close early when stated specifically on their door they’re open until 8pm. Don’t believe their hours. They close when they want.
