La Pasadita - Green River

Traveling through Green River just about everyone we asked for the best local food spot recommended Tacos La Pasadita. It is a food truck with outdoor seating and adjoining indoor seating area. Be sure to pop inside and check out the salsa/topping bar to grab pickled radishes and a variety of salsas to put on your meal. They serve a variety of traditional Mexican street food tacos, burritos, molé and have a variety of seasoned meats beyond the normal chicken/steak options. Their horchata is delicious and refreshing. The service was friendly and our food was out within minutes. They serve breakfast as well already on my mind for tomorrow morning even though my stomach is full from tonight 's dinner!

We were driving through all the way to Texas and were hungry but wary of going for Tex-Mex in the middle of Utah. But something inspired us to try. Wow were we impressed ! The marinated beef had the perfect seasoning, and their homemade salsas were authentic with a nice kick. We ordered the grill “vampiras” and were not disappointed. Definitely worth the small drive off the interstate.

Very cute little place built into an old gas station. The tacos and breakfast burrito were both really good! Even the tortilla on the burrito was better than usual. They also have tasty salsas.

They have some delicious tacos. I got three of the chicken tacos. Very friendly atmosphere. The food truck is located at a gas station and you can go inside to eat if you want or eat outisde at the tables. Cilantro and onions along with the sauces are located inside of the restaurant. Stopped here on the way to Arches from Salt Lake City, definetly would visit this spot again. The breakfast burritos are really big and have really good tortilla according to my gf.

I grew up in a family owned operated bakery, so I LOVE the fact that this place is also family owned operated. I met Alex, one of the kids who used to previously work here. We chatted I had the best lunch EVER. You’re crazy if you go anywhere else! Thanks y’all
