Jimmy John's - gton-Fayette

Placed an online order at 12:53. Called the store at 1:55 to see what was up with my order. They said it was on the way. Food finally arrived at 2:47. Also paid like an extra $2 for bacon that is nowhere to be found on my sandwich.1 hour and 54 minutes Jimmy John’s. I waited almost 2 hours for your mediocre sandwich and my order wasn’t event correct. I’m not sure if Linner is a thing like Bruch but you should probably start a marketing campaign on it will how slow your service is. After this interaction, I really hope you go out of business.

This has got the be the slowest sandwich shop I've ever set foot in. I don't know if the assembly line is trash or the folks making the sandwiches are moving at a snails pace, but don't come here unless you're willing to wait 15 mins or more for your sandwich.

Delicious! Ordered online as I left work and sub was ready just a couple min later before I even got there. The employees were very nice! Sub is really good!

Waited over 30 mins for a sub order placed online an HOUR prior to pickup. Needless to say, the B team was working. Only one guy making subs while everyone else stood around. What a mess. Had to cancel my order and skip lunch because I only get a 30 min break, of which I spent my ENTIRE LUNCH waiting for a sub. Absolutely ridiculous

Weird attitude from employees. Also the online pick up area is too close to the restrooms. GROSS! Will not order online again.
