Johnny Carino's - gton-Fayette

The restaurant was really dirty. Dirty tables everywhere. Our table was extremely sticky. They set us in the bar area by ourselves. Trying to hide the gay people it was obvious. It took forever for our server to come take our order. The servers had on jeans; not very classy. I can see why the place was unorganized choas.

First let me say the atmosphere was very pedestrian. The house salad had the dressing put on before arriving and it was lacking. I ordered chicken Marsala. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor. My waitress was excellent and very attentive. When she asked me about my dish I reluctantly said it wasn’t good. She offered to replace it with something else. I accepted and asked for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I said make it to go and I’ll take it back to the hotel. It was, sadly, just as bad. I wondered when I parked at just before 8:00 on a Friday, why the parking lot was empty. Now I know. The food is just not executed well. The waitress was earnest and welcoming but the food didn’t stand up. OG or Carraba’s would have been more dependable.

There are not enough good things to say about how wonderful the customer service is here. After a hectic day the to-go Service is amazing! Cody the bartender was patient understanding and even locked my credit card up immediately after seeing I had accidentally left it. Thank you guys so much I will be back soon, the next time not in such a rush lol!

Just ate here for a post-graduation celebration and it was wonderful! The food was delicious and all the staff were helpful and courteous! Definitely recommend!!
