Feedback gevenHORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE STAFF. Ordered st drive thru, lady that took my order was very rude. At window to pay, and other than verifying my drink, they didn't say anything else to me, they were to worried about the conversation going on between them. I had to interrupt their conversation twice before I got my receipt. Won't go back.
Prices have gotten ridiculous, and they are skimping super hard on portions. There were 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. I doubt I will be back due to the extreme greed of this company
The chicken was old and I got a three piece of one leg and two thighs. I'm just not a thigh fan. It wasn't worth the price IMO
I ordered 2 meals. The woman stated it would be a 5 minute wait for fries and I said that's fine, then she got an attitude and was like or longer. I pull up to the window and they had me my food with no wait. I see why, I asked for double fries as my side and I may have gotten 11 fries, stale and old. The biscuits are hard as a rock. And my food is kind of warm. I live 3 minutes from there, my food should still be hot! Do not eat here. Food is awful and the service is worse.
Ordered two classic wraps no mayo and a fry. Asked for ranch when ordering . Never received the ranch,ketchup or napkins . Was asked to pull up because general managers were there n I was on a timer in the drive thru. She screamed at the guy what to make me and was flustered but I was literally the only person there . but the order was still wrong because he added cheese instead of mayo. Everytime I’m at this location something is wrong which is why I always choose someplace else to eat at on Richmond road . I did see a wrap commercial which made me want one but I’ll never go to this location again . Higher ups need to step in and properly train the employees . The man bringing out my food was really nice.
