The best around. They catered our Seabury Hall alumni dinner and what an experience. The food was all delicately prepared and fresh farm to table ingredients. I didn't want our meal to end. We started with the ahi poke cups and then the delish butter lettuce salad. Our main dish of opah had an delectable ginger sauce with fresh veggies and jasmine coconut rice. I am not sure of all the different spices in the meal but melted in our mouths. Dessert was a light banana chiffon cake. All courses were wine paired and I was in heaven sitting in Maunalei campus. Euphoria of food delicacies and so fun! Hire this wonderful caterer and you will be blown away! Thank you Maya and your staff for an unforgettable dinning experience. Tell your friends and family! Chef Maja created the most beautiful, healthy and delicious meals for our group gathering. She put together a unique menu for our week keeping all of our dietary preferences in mind. All of her dishes came out on time and were beautifully presented. She shared information on each presentation with us and was very friendly and conversational. She surprised us with interactive opportunities and special in-season Hawaiian fruits. I would definitely recommend her and will be connecting again the next time we are in Maui. Mahalo, Maja

So delicious! Highly recommend for a special evening on Maui! Chef Maja was great to work with. She customized a menu for our family that took into account preferences, dietary restrictions and also let us focus on local flavors. She brought all her supplies to the kitchen in our condo and cooked an amazing meal! Plus they even cleaned up afterwards. It was a great time!

I was going to Maui from California for a wedding and thought it would be nice to give the bride a surprise shower before the wedding. I only had 2 weeks to get it together. Thankfully, I found Maya to cater. She was extremely helpful in putting together a menu for me in a short amount of time. She was so thorough and asked me many questions about food allergies, the location, and the 12 guests. The bride, the guests, and I were amazed by the the food. The salads were so fresh and tasty. The shrimp, chicken, and pineapple rice were delectable. The chocolate layered cake was out of this world. Maya and her staff hit it out of the park. All week everyone talked about how great the food was. I am extremely grateful that I found Maya to make my surprise wedding shower such a success. I know if I ever host an event in Maui, I will be hiring Maya again.
