Feedback gevenI stayed at St. Hubert for one night during a business trip and we had a nice dinner with our customers. Everyone was delighted with the perfectly prepared food. Not only tasted it great, but it was also a pleasure for the eye. As you would expect from a French restaurant, you need to take some time. No fast food offered here, rather haute cuisine. I recommend the steak tartare (if you like raw meat like me) and the marvelous cheese cake.
Had a Kir Royal as aperitif. 1st Carpaccio with Ruccola and 2nd dish was a perfect lamb with a perfect wine. Sweets with ice and parfait is must have in France! Finally a barrel aged cognac ! Excellent!
We were at St Hubert Sunday, very beautiful setting, but disappointed by the meal. My husband took the veal kidneys, the kidney was whole!!! I've never seen this! Not cooked enough, he tasted a bit, he almost left everything! I had taken some lottery, which was not cooked enough either, the vegetables were almost raw, I would have brought a cabbage of my bounty, that was the same!! I told the waitress, but neither the manager, nor a cook, no one came to our table to see what was wrong! The setting is beautiful, but it is not enough to satisfy customers at the gastronomy level!
