While I do think it’s a bit overpriced, I would be willing to splurge for special occasions. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. During our visit, we were moved to three different tables! Although there were available tables inside, we were asked to sit outside in the rain. The service was slow, and the wait staff, who I believe were the owner and manager, made comments about not getting enough tips in front of customers. If the service improved, we would definitely return more often.
The food was delicious, the place was nice, little overpriced and however the waitress was so unprofessional, and rude. We tried not to pay attention to her attitude and mood, cuz the food was delicious, but the service matters anyways. We paid attention toother customers too, she was treating everyone the same- rudely.
The menu, though concise, had many tempting and delicious options. I eventually chose the avocado-focaccia toast, and it did not disappoint. The Italian roast coffee was fantastic; hot, fresh, and richly flavorful. The waitstaff couldn’t have been better—they were friendly, timely, and attentive. There wasn't anything more we could ask from such a well-functioning team. Our experience was a wonderful start to an amazing birthday celebration. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
One of the best brunches I've ever experienced! The menu is packed with inventive breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. This was my first visit, and I can’t wait to return every time I’m in Harbor Springs. I ordered the dish called "This Is How We Roll," which featured scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon stuffed inside a grilled cinnamon roll, accompanied by breakfast potatoes. Although a sweet and savory combination isn't typically my favorite, I'm so glad I decided to give it a shot. You should definitely try it too—you won’t regret it! The indoor seating area is small, eclectic, and cozy. They aren’t able to accommodate large groups, which helps create a quiet and relaxing dining atmosphere. This morning, the chef-owner faced the challenge of preparing everything on her own due to a call-off, and I must say, she handled it remarkably well. You absolutely must stop by this place when you’re in Harbor Springs!
One of the best brunches I’ve ever had. The menu is filled with creative breakfast/brunch/lunch creations. This was my first time here and I hope to visit every time I’m in Harbor Springs. My brunch today, entitled “This Is How We Roll” consisted of scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon inside of a grilled cinnamon roll, with breakfast potatoes. The combination of sweet and savory isn’t my ‘go-to’ typically, but I’m glad I decided to give it a try. You should too! You won’t regret it. The indoor seating area is small, eclectic, and comfortable. They can’t accommodate large parties and as a result, the dining area is quiet and relaxing. The chef-owner had the difficult task of preparing food alone this morning due to a call-off and I must say, she still performed quite admirably. You simply MUST dine here when you’re in HC.
