Although off the beaten track this restaurant had great food. 5 different dinners, everyone was happy. Whitefish, Mexican and lake lobster . Smiles all around????!
We choose to eat here first because of its name, how do you not go to Moose Jaw Junction! There was a nice variety of meals to select from, prices were reasonable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young man whom I am assumingwas a bus boy, but he stepped it up making sure drinks were refilled and the diners had everything they needed. Husband enjoyedhis fish and chips, I had the medium pizza, which was still great for lunch (for 2) the next day. I really liked that the owner(or maybe manager) was walking around speaking to each table, confirming everyone was happy. Would strongly recommend taking adetour off the pathway to enjoy a good, relaxing meal in a nice setting and learn the history of Moose Jaw Junction.
Best prepared white fish ever the burrito was excellent too! My husband and I shared. Great service and it was a delight to see the management out greeting customers and working the floor!! More restaurants need to follow this! It's always a pleasure to see management involved. My husband and I were servers back in the day and we really love great service food. We love to tip well!!
Delicious food and excellent service were the two things that stood out during our first stop here. Our group of 6 thought we were going to have to wait forty minutes to be seated because it was very busy on this particular fall Saturday. Fortunately we were seated in only 20 minutes. Our server Melissa was excellent and all of us loved our meals. I recommend The Jaw burger with fries.
