Stafford's Pier/pointer Room

The waiting staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food and wine were outstanding, particularly the bisque and lava cake.

We gathered there for a family dinner, and it was a great experience for our group. The food was enjoyable, and the outlook for the place is promising.

The appetizers, particularly the oyster Rockefeller, were excellent. The whitefish on the plank has been a family favorite for over 15 years. You won't be disappointed with the other perch and walleye options either. The lookout spot is always popular, and dining outdoors in the summer is a great bonus. I highly recommend checking out the bar scene for a cold drink, a hot toddy, or any of their seasonal specialties. The only disappointment was the woofers, but honestly, I’m not sure why anyone would order that here in the first place!

We went to the pier on holy night. I reserved on open table and didn't know it was a buffet. I wouldn't have gone if I knew we didn't like to have buffets, especially on holiday. but it had a nice selection of appetizers, an salad, a few entrees and a beautiful dessertable. great if they like buffets!

This is our 4th year taking 3 generations of our family to the Christmas Eve Buffet before church. Everyone gets what they want and all is delicious. We are happy to be able to enjoy Lake Michigan and have a special occasion dinner with family over Christmas.
