Dinos - Hawthorne

This restaurant is not my first choice. The food is average, with a rating of 6 out of 10. The establishment has so much potential, but it desperately needs to be renovated. The customer service is inconsistent, with only the younger staff members being friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, many of the women working there have a bad attitude for some unknown reason. My most recent experience on a Sunday morning was frustrating, as the restaurant didn't answer the phone multiple times when I tried to make a reservation. When I arrived at 8:15 am (they open at 8:00 am), I had to wait for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This lack of urgency and poor customer service have been recurring issues during my visits. However, there are a few exceptional staff members who provide great service. Overall, the restaurant is hit or miss. The owners should consider updating the interior decor and modernizing the establishment, as it currently looks outdated. By making these improvements, the restaurant could reach its full potential and provide a better experience for customers.

I noticed a few of the one-star reviews have just one rating in their profile, what says contest a salty person only try to bring this place, I am sure they let me begin by saying I don't know why these other people gave bad reviews, but dino is the best burger place I had in a long time next to jims burger on inglewood. the people who leave bad critikens that are funny because I am sure they do not leave any good reviews, I just go to their profiles and look that I noticed that when most people get good service, they do not leave any good reviews. but let me say that the pastrami here is so good and the burgers and pommes are always on the spot I never had a problem with dino’s I never had a thought where I thought they would give me an employment that I love dinos until they otherwise prove me that they get a five star

I haven't been to this restaurant in years, but the food is just as delicious as I remember. This is definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.

Appreciate a diner/restaurant with a drive-thru, very convenient. The food is tasty too, good enchilada plate very filling!

Service is horrible!! Wait is long and the they have a bad attitude with customers! Never go there again! Not worth it.
