Their wonton soup is without a doubt the BEST I’ve ever tasted! As a 49-year-old woman who has had my fair share of Chinese food, I can confidently say this. I was initially going to claim it as the best soup in Westchester, but I truly believe it's the best anywhere! I often dislike when soups are bland, dull, or unexciting, but the wonton soup from Empire is bursting with flavor—it's savory and absolutely delicious! The rest of their menu is fantastic as well, but that soup? It deserves a perfect ten out of ten!

The food is excellent, but I advise against ordering from their website. Ever since I used my card there, I've encountered nothing but fraudulent charges, and it was the only place I used my card that week.

The restaurant is great for takeout. It's not anything fancy, but I often grab simple dishes like fried rice. The portion sizes are quite reasonable.

I feel cheated; I spent $100 on what was likely the worst Chinese food I've ever had.
