Feedback gevenThe guy in drive thru was not able to understand I NEED STRAWBERRY JAM . I had to ask him 7 times, then he started to teach me correct pronunciation ESTRABERY, it is called estrabery . I asked manager and she presented the same rude attitude screaming that she is busy.
They don’t check for their curbside orders. Waited 15 minutes and eventually went to the drive thru. Will not be coming back
The manager of this restaurant has very unpleasant behavior. She got very upset because I used the restaurant's bathroom. She started to take away things that I had in mind. I went to the bathroom to leave a piglet.

Every now and again we get taste for some McDonalds breakfast. Who doesn 't like a McMuffin and hash brown? We use the Watkins location in Hayward 99 percent of the time. However, never ever again. We ordered this morning via the McDonald 's app. We generally choose curbside delivery. We did that today. We get to our designated spot (4 in the P lot). After parking the app wasn 't working well and we had issues pulling up the store and our order. We tried a few times and it just didn 't work so in the store we went. We walked up to the counter (there was no Good Morning How can I help you greeting and told the lady working that we had an app issue. Before we even told her she said I don 't have your order I can 't help you . We told her we bought and paid for the food and wanted to show her the online receipt we were sent. It clearly showed with CC info that we did indeed have an order. She still refused to help and literally turned her back to us. We called her again (slightly louder) and she told us again I don 't have the order. She told us to call the app. What? Where is the customer service? At this point she still refused to see the receipt. Once again I asked for my food (I 'm getting a little irradiated with her responses). She now turns around and questions why we ordered via the app and not the counter. She looks directly at me and says YOUR LAZY for not ordering via the counter. At this point I 'm a bit annoyed. She did this in front of a store full of people and they tells me to calm down or she won 't give me my food. I said I thought you didn 't have my order? She then tells me all the mistakes we made ordering. She tells me that we ordered via drive through. Now I 'm questioning why she had no idea about our order but seems to have magically found it. Granted if we made the drive through mistake we apologize however keeping my food, telling me I 'm lazy, yelling at me and telling me to calm down when you have something I paid for? Unacceptable. This review isn 't regarding anything other than the manager on duty 11/25/23 at 9am. The rest of the staff was kind and courteous. Here is a copy of my receipt
