Much better service at the place in heflin, al. bowdon, ga. jacks has what I think is a management problem and a lack of training of their employees who also falls on the administration and until the upper administration fixes it, I will not visit the biwdon, ga.

Typical almost food. employees were not impressive. the daughter liked her burger. nice that they were available for a quick trip meal.

The restaurant is clean and well-run, with helpful staff. Although the burgers are tasty, they are on the smaller side which may not satisfy those with a big appetite. Instead, opt for the chicken sandwiches or tenders which are made with high-quality chicken and come in generous portions.

I will never return to this restaurant. I never receive all of my food, straws, or sauces. The manager who worked on the night of April 1, 2022, is extremely rude. She lacks management skills and is known to yell and curse at customers who call to complain about missing items. I have reported this behavior to corporate and have a recorded phone call as proof. The quality of the food has deteriorated, with half-cooked dishes and mushy fries. Avoid this place if you want warm food and good customer service. My $50 dinner only felt like $15 worth.
