Do not go to this place, we are visiting Copenhagen we took the train and walked 15 minutes and when we got there we were told they are closed for a party and wouldn't serve us even though we had confirmed reservations. The young man we talked to said manager wasn't there and he couldn't help us . I find this totally unexceptionable . We should have at least been offered a glass of wine and help in finding a place for us to eat in the unfamiliar surroundings we going ourselves, but no just ushered us out the door. I live in Sweden and California and I'm use to much better customer service. I really hope I hear from the manager because by getting a confirmation of our reservation they broke their contract with us. Booking idea 32288267

Dear Eattoday. Yes, you get a single star of me because of your extreme bad service. Yes, it may well be your food is good, but your misery service does, that you do not want to eat with you or order catering through you another time. I now have in spring and summer ordered catering through you all three times. Firstly, you are slow to respond to your email address. Fx I have written an email to you on May 2, and I have received a reply on 29 May. And every time I have to confirm our agreement because you have nothing heard from you. The day before I have to have catering from you, I have to contact. It’s hard to get through your phone and when there’s finally one that matches, he can’t tell anything about catering. I was told that I had to hear from you later in the evening, but I did not, and then I stood there an hour before my guests should come and was actually in doubt about you at all appeared with the food. When I have paid 250 kr. for the delivery of the food to the door, I also expect you to deliver it to the end! But your driver would not move up to the 2nd floor and stood so and shouted down on the ground floor that we should come and fetch the food. At that time, the food was an entire hour delayed and my guests were arrived, so they heard that the driver stood and shouted and was unsatisfied. Then you send the invoice late, despite I repeatedly told you that I had not yet paid for the food. It came in my inbox for a few days ago without comments.
