The place hasn't changed for years. I remember going with my parents about 25 years ago and still placing the same thing. This visit after 15 years does not stop to order the beef ribs. They were kind of grilled, but on the dry side, 3 on order. My wife ordered the sheep ribs, they had much too much fat, although the order had 6 ribs. The 3rd person ordered a rib eye that was tender. All items were served on a coal-fired grill that had an oily surface that kept the meat warm and somehow freezed it. If your next stop is an important event and you are all dressed, items from the grill will not be your best choice as the smells penetrate and stay on your outfit. The prices are reasonable and the meat court is still served. Fast service, maybe because it was a slow Saturday afternoon.
This restaurant was longer than I live! Known for specialization in its open fire, ranch-style cooking of whole baby goats; and the many ways of preparing the Kabrito! They also cook an assortment of other meats. Ask for the coal... hot plates! You bring your cuts of meat to the table on a hot plancha where you finish cooking your meat to your perfection!
Necesita mejorar.
