Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Herriman

I have consistently had issues with the Cafe Rio location in Herriman, UT. Whether I order online, over the phone, or through the app, my order is consistently incorrect. Despite requesting extra meat and paying for it each time, I never receive the additional meat unless I am physically present to oversee the preparation. During my last visit, I ordered through the app and could tell upon arrival that my burritos did not contain the extra meat I had requested. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, they insisted that the order was correct. However, upon returning home, I discovered that not only was there no extra meat, but there was a lack of meat altogether. This has been a recurring issue every time I visit this location. While I generally enjoy Cafe Rio's food, I cannot recommend this specific location in Herriman.

Blanca and her staff are consistently outstanding. The food is always delicious and the service is top-notch. It couldn't be any better!
