Morro Castle - Hialeah

I love Morro Castle. I remember coming here with my grandfather 25 years ago. I can't believe this place is still open and thriving. The food and drinks are just as good as I remember it. Anytime I am in Florida, I always stop for a visit.

One of my favourite places down here in Hialeah. The only downside is if they are busy they might take a bit longer but the price good and the food is also very good. So bottom line it is worth it.

Morro Castle has been around for ages and for good reason. They have a friendly and speedy staff and your food gets out super quick. To be honest, I only come here for breakfast, because who can beat toast, cafe con leche, two eggs and 3 strips of bacon for under $5?

Food was bland, steak thin cut overcooked, (asked for rare) not seasoned. The waitresses r clueless when explainig the menu. Will not b going back. The atmosphere LOUD!!Food: 2/5

Morro Castle is a staple in Dade county. This iconic spot, well known for it's cash only service up until recently, still holds up decades upon decades later. Great food and if youre looking for a frita cubana, this is your place! Open until midnight, this little diner is the perfect spot for late night munchies. Plus, they serve the best churros and chocolate caliente in Hialeah, period.
