Backstreets Grill - Hickory

This is my favorite restaurant of all time! I absolutely love this place. The ribs are incredibly tender and delicious, practically falling off the bone. The grilled vegetables are amazing, and the spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette is so good. Kevin at the bar makes a fantastic homemade sangria that I always order a couple of. Another one of my favorites is the native chicken pasta. I highly recommend it!

We used to enjoy the prime rib at this restaurant, but the quality has declined significantly in the last three visits. Despite the rising cost of meat, the portions have gotten smaller and the meat is now filled with tendons and fat. It is difficult to cut and even the steak knives provided are not helpful. After complaining twice, no one came to address the issue or offer a discount. We will not be ordering the prime rib again.

The blackened chicken pasta is another dish that I love. I highly recommend this restaurant!
