Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hickory

The Hickory consistently impresses me week after week. They always have the ingredients I request, unlike some other locations, and the staff is fantastic! It's always a pleasure to visit this place!

The food is, as always, delicious, and the service is friendly. They seem to be a bit understaffed, like many places nowadays, as we had trouble finding a clean table. However, the staff did their best under the circumstances. I will definitely return because every meal is a delightful experience wrapped in a tortilla and served with a smile. The real highlight for me is the green sauce – Salsa Verde – which is bursting with flavor and the main reason I come back!

The prices were quite high, and the floors and service area were dirty, with unclean tables. The food was good, but I don't think I'll be returning. Food rating: 4/5.

On a previous visit, our orders were completely wrong, and instead of remaking them the way we had requested, they offered to put what we actually wanted in small plastic sauce cups. I really tried to give this place multiple chances, but it seems like they don’t care about their customers at all. If you walk in within an hour of closing, expect to be limited in your choices because everything will likely be “out.” Overall, it's a poorly managed establishment.

The DoorDash delivery team was friendly, efficient, and well-organized. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. As with many franchise locations, it was the staff that truly made this a great experience.
