Feedback gevenI visited to eat chanpon and nori udon. It was busy with customers on a Sunday afternoon. The nori udon was generous in portion and had a wonderfully delicious aftertaste. The tempura was crunchy and also generous in portion. The pickled bowl that came with the chanpon set was extremely delicious. Of course, the chanpon itself was also generous in portion and satisfying.
I had some errands to run in Higashimatsushima City and decided to stop by this restaurant recommended by a friend. The specialty here is the seaweed udon, so I ordered the warm tempura seaweed udon. It was a delicious dish made with seaweed from the royal family's offering of Hamanori, giving it a rich and flavorful taste. The smooth texture was a perfect balance between udon and medium-thick ramen noodles, creating a unique experience for me. As I savored each bite, the flavor of the seaweed slowly spread, making it incredibly addictive. The tempura was also delicious, and I finished my meal in no time. Although I visited during the day, I noticed that a significant number of other customers were ordering the lunch menu's Chan-Chanko Nabe Pickled Bowl Set. I would definitely like to try the lunch menu on my next visit.
Smooth and chewy texture that becomes addictive. For experiencing this texture, cold udon is recommended. The tempura is also crispy and very delicious! For those who wish, they also offer homemade salted fish roe, which is also delicious! This is a taste that makes you want to visit again just for this.
天ざる海苔うどん大盛を頼んだが、皆さんがクチコミしてる通り、天ぷらはサクサクでとても美味しい。 海苔うどんは、私はあまり風味を感じなかったが、コシがあり美味しかった。
