Bojangles - High Point

I went with my elder and my brother to bojangles and ordered our food and they said they were from the Cole stole and they said that it will wait 10 minutes and we were in order with it. we waited 30 minutes, and I went there to see if it was ready and they said that they were sorry because someone had made a great order and there was no one even there. the worker said they would give us something free because of our waiting. they said they would give us our food for free, but we need to wait another 15 minutes. we just said we wanted our money back.

The personal told us that we should pull to the side because they were busy and the place where we should pull was occupied, so we pulled around the front and noticed that the behind us and before us who got it to eat and we were not .so I secured up to the window and the girl said that we could not find them, so we could only take the orders to us, how long we were. we couldnt find you....very bad service and a bad hire of all the car duration..with no apology and no REMORSE...as if it was our fault not to park in the spots thar were occupied, but others wait. probably never go there again, even tho I love the food. parking: very hating staff

Not even busy, the drive thru is about 5 cars, the dame tells everyone hospitable, I will take with them through the loudspeaker, instead of ordering. everyone waits longer. I order a speck, egg and cheese combination, Cajun frits and a sweet tee. also 2 steakbiscuits. saw in the window for 5 minutes after the payment. I've ordered this, we left three steak biscuits. no speck, egg and cheese. fail?

Usually it is not so bad to get through here, but in this night, especially the Cajun bag was not edible. they can say that this ding had been returned to the oil several times to heat it up. that was so dry, it was on the broth. a piece of it could not even be broken.

Sit in line forever then ordered food then was told to pull up and wait for another 30 mins finally good came out was someone else's food I can go on and on ..long storey short this bojangles is very poorly ran and nobody knows how to do.there job not to mention after I finally got my food fries where burned chicken was tough food was horrible don't go here.
