F.b.i Coffee House - Highland

Even though the cappuccino was served in latte cups, it was still good. Unfortunately, the wraps we ordered were almost inedible. The wrap itself was doughy and undercooked, and the tuna mayo was slopped on carelessly. The "salad" was just some brown cress. We even had to ask for cutlery and napkins. The crisps were also soft. There is no excuse for not being able to serve a decent snack. My suggestion: bring your own sandwiches and a flask, and enjoy them on the beautiful beach instead.

We were travelling the northcoast 500 and came across this place. Excellent cake and coffee great customer service with a smile and well greeted. Would defiantly recommend a stop off.

We liked the coffee so much that we drove there a second time from where we were vacationing, just south-east of Thurso. Lovely place to break up the drive to Durness. Pet friendly, had WiFi and they had some vegan brownies available. Will definitely stop in the next time we're up that way!

Called in for a quick lunch stop. Nice soup, but fairly limited menu. The cafe was nice and clean with helpful staff. Soup, was lovely and hot and service with nice bread

Located just off the main road, we were initially unsure if the restaurant was open, but we were pleasantly surprised when we decided to check it out. The service provided by the two staff members was exceptional, as they took great care of our group and efficiently managed other arriving guests. The restaurant offers a good variety of drinks, cakes, and sandwiches. In addition, they have a wider menu with options such as soup, salads, and hot dishes.
