Paoletti - HIGHLANDS

My wife I had a nice romantic dinner last night at Ristorante Paoletti. The ambiance was cool neat vibe great music play list. We split the grouper excellent so tasty! Our server Juan was the best so personable warm engaging mannered. We enjoyed a true fine dining experience in Highlands. And we will be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Shrimp and scallops, veal Piccata, bolognese all excellent! Creamed spinach and Funghi were delicious! My wife had the beet salad. The dressing was awful! She also had the crab stuffed artichoke and was disappointed that the crab was shredded not lump... This is a crowded and very tight room. Not for claustrophobic folks! Our waiter Bryon was excellent! Informative, attentive and amusing! Our first experience there and we look forward to future visits. l will be having fish next visit. Wonderful menu! Parking: Always a bit of a challenge in downtown Highlands but not really an issue...

Kid friendliness: We made it clear on the reservation we had 2 kids both 4 years old. They served the kids water in glass stemware? Glass cups no problem but glass stemware for 4 year olds?? If restaurants don’t cater to kids that is all good just be direct and tell the customers when they call to make a reservation. We ordered rigatoni for the kids and asked for it to be split in half $57 rigatoni?? Server was very nice and helpful. Service: Dine in

Everything was amazing! Gage was our waiter and he was great! Our favorite restaurant in Highlands! Parking: Parked right in front of the restaurant.
