I have repeatedly experienced poor service at this Shari's location. Server's have no urgency to tend to guests. During my most recent visit, I entered and waited at the front to be seated. There was one employee behind the bar rail who looked up at me multiple times without letting me know someone else or herself would be with me, and continued her side work. We went here on a Friday night at about 11 PM. Hoping to get a slice of pie. They sat us down near the lottery area As we waited for a server We noticed the type of people going in-and-out of the lottery area and the guy sitting back there with his entire face covered except for his eyes. Lots of traffic in-and-out of there pretty quickly definitely looked like drug deals going down. We left before being served because we just didn't feel safe here.
