Willie Mcbride’s - Hoboken

The beers at this restaurant were excellent and definitely worth mentioning. However, the food was not enjoyable. The chicken cheese steak was poorly made with shredded cheese that tasted like leftover rotisserie chicken. It was extremely dry and lacked flavor.

The restaurant did not have a sufficient selection of beer, as half of the options listed on the menu were unavailable. This was disappointing, so it may be worth trying again at a different time. Additionally, the server was not friendly and seemed to be experiencing some personal issues. It would greatly improve the experience if the location had more welcoming and personable staff members.

The restaurant offers excellent service and unique flavors, but it is slightly pricey. However, the quality of the food is not good.

Very bad service, two hours waiting for the food and the drink took a while to arrive, I do not recommend this bar.

There seems to only be street parking nearby which is a little inconvenient, but that's the case for most of Hoboken. Covid makes things a little weird because the bouncers wouldn't let us in without masks so after we got masks for all 10 of us we got to the door and then they didn't even make us put them on and when we got inside not a single person was wearing a mask so it felt like they were just wasting our time. $12 cover to get in around 11:30 p.m. which isn't too bad. They had live music and a nice big dancing area.
