Mcdonald's - Homer Glen

Pretty much every time I go through the drive through, there’s always a 5-10 min wait for my food once I get to the food window. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

I've been coming here for years as I live around the corner so to speak. The waits are ridiculous, the food has got worse as in quality has gone down. My final straw was today, 25min wait for two sausage mcmuffins. There were multiple people waiting over 20mins. No more from this location.

They did not let us in the play area because they had it reserved for the employees and their time is up, but still they did not let us in the play

Consistently the worst McDonald’s experience, every time, but I keep finding myself desperate enough to give them “one last chance” like I’m in a toxic relationship. Food always takes forever, no matter what time of day. Only car in the drive thru and I’ll still be told to “pull up to the side” and wait 10 minutes for stale fries to be walked out by an employee who definitely ain’t McLovin life. Burger patties always taste like they’re made of hippopotamus ankles and my father’s disappointment. I hate y’all but I’ll be back tomorrow <3

My family has been coming here for generations, and I'm very aware that It's very rare when McDonalds gets your order right. And you know now I'm fed up at this point! They forgot my ranch!!!! What's the point of asking me what sauce I want with my meal when they don't even give it me!!! I'm switching to WENDYS!!!!
