The pork was nice and juicy and the flavors were perfectly balanced between the savory, sweet, and tangy notes. Will for sure get again the next time I visit the farmers market!
Got the tamago sando had really high hopes for this but I feel like they overcook their eggs! It was a little chalky and it kinda ruined it for me. I was hoping for the slightly undercooked orange/runny version you see in Japan. I also think it could’ve been seasoned better and slightly sweeter. Really wanted to like this place but it could use some tweaks!

Thanks to Amanda and Felix Eats, we decided to try Katsu Sando 808 when we were at the Kaka’ako Farmers Market. We had the tankatsu sando and found it flavorful. The bread was very soft. A sandwich was definitely a meal for me.
