If you're looking for high-quality seafood at a great price, this is the place to go. The hamachi, Caledonia Blue head-on shrimp, blue crab meat, and Tristan da Cunha lobster tails are exceptional!

The quality here is impeccable, and the portion sizes are manageable—typically under five pounds. On my recent visit, I got a five-pound bag of live, purged Washington Manila clams, and not a single one was dead before cooking. They were excellently purged with no sand or grit. I prepared them simply, steaming them with butter, Maui onions, lemon zest, and paired them with a bottle of Sancerre. The result? Sweet, tender, plump clams that tasted like bites of pure bliss. The Tristan lobster tails (7 ounces) were perfectly frozen, boasting firm and glistening meat upon thawing. I butterflied them while still in the shell, buttered them, and broiled to perfection. Simply put, it’s the sweetest lobster you'll find anywhere. While prices reflect the quality, rarity, and commitment to sustainable fisheries, it’s worth every penny. Home cooks, brace yourselves as you tackle cooking that 25-ounce lobster tail or a single portion of Chilean seabass! The ordering process is straightforward: 1. Check the Public Store section on their website for availability. 2. Call in your order (the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful). 3. Finally, pick up and pay at will call (located at the back of the business). With USDA select chuck roast on sale for $7.50/lb and USDA choice short ribs at $17.99/lb, why not treat yourself to premium seafood for a similar price? Highly recommended!

I had never heard of this place until my boyfriend mentioned it. It's his go-to spot for all his seafood. During the pandemic, he frequently ordered hamachi and oysters from Seafood Connection. Their prices are reasonable, depending on what you choose. The seafood is incredibly fresh, even after being previously frozen. The location is in the warehouses at Kakaako, and you can place your orders online, selecting a convenient pickup date and time. I’m thrilled to have discovered this place! We unexpectedly decided to throw a crab boil party and I needed some seafood on short notice. I checked out their menu online and called to place a same-day pickup order. Shay assisted me with my order since it was my first time ordering from here. The service was outstanding, with a friendly staff and top-notch products. We ordered oysters and king crab legs, and everyone at the party loved the seafood. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
