Thai Valley Cuisine - Honolulu

I wish I could say this place is great, but the owner constantly comes up with excuses for not serving food on time or for incorrectly charging customers. It's really frustrating. If they would just hire competent staff, they wouldn’t be wasting their customers' time and energy. Food rating: 2/5.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Thai Valley Cuisine Restaurant. To begin with, we discovered a hair in our food, which was quite an unwelcome surprise. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and appeared disinterested in helping or addressing the issue. Additionally, there were flies buzzing around the dining area during our meal, which only contributed to the unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to its poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unwelcoming staff.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were flies around, and the staff was unfriendly—she seemed annoyed that I was there. I felt that I was overcharged for my meal and, after paying, she refused to provide a receipt. The food was average at best. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Really nice and tasty red curry. We where pleased with our food! Ok pricing!Food: 4/5

We found ROACH in our food!It was our fault for staying for the lunch after seeing all the garbage (empty cardboard boxes) piled up in the restaurant. It should have been a red flag!Anyhow, we stayed, we ate, and we took the leftover home. When we opened it to warm up, we found a roach in one of the stews!!Plus, we were four, and three of the orders were delivered wrong! We decided to accept the mistake as we thought the problem was lack of communication as the women who worked there seems that are not fluent in English.Anyhow, just DON'T GO THERE!!!
