Burger King - Hooks

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Service was excellent for our lunch. The food was a 5 out of 5, as was the service and atmosphere. We highly recommend trying the Big Fish dish. Vegetarians will be pleased with the options available on the vegetarian menu or section.

Yesterday, on Friday, August 9th, 2023 at 1:31pm, we received help from the manager or owner with directions around the I-30 construction. We appreciated her taking the time to assist us, and as a result, we decided to pick up lunch from the restaurant. The staff was also very friendly. Kim provided excellent service for our takeout order. The price per person was between $10 and $20, and the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5 out of 5.

Typically, I do not review fast food establishments as they tend to be pretty straightforward. However, this particular restaurant exceeded my expectations. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was served hot! I give it a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

They couldnt get an order or an order number right and when we tried to get the right things they yelled at us and didnt even give us the right orders at the end. we ended up leaving because we were waiting for almost an hour for the wrong food. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
