Stopped off here on our way back from the nearby Maritime museum. I'd researched the area and a few bloggers had recommended this place. From the outside it looked no different than any other harbor front eatery, but once inside we were immediately taken by the warm and cozy feel of the restaurant. With a name such as Fishland we obviously opted for fish. My friend took the salmon in butter based jus and I went for the monkfish in a lobster sauce with vegetables and jacket potatoes. Both pieces of fish were moist and cooked perfectly, a sheer delight. Accompaniments were spot on too, with the asparagus, broad beans and broccoli just right with a delicate crunch to them. All in all it was very nice, and considering the alternatives in the area I would recommend trying this one, though it is a tad more expensive.
I was there more than once and they have so delicious food and wine! every cozy restaurant. the personal is attentive and very happy and friendly. I really appreciate it!
Authentic Turkish food. I had the iskender kebab a few years ago, and it was great. recently had the şişkebab and it was very good as well as with a nice grilled taste. everyone on our table enjoyed their eating very much. beautiful atmosphere and friendly waiter recommended!
Dry eating over price, they get a burger with qlmost nothing on them foe 20 usd/200 kr very small wall money drop, only positiw is that the spice was good
