Lucy's New York Style Pizza

Our pizzas were delivered today, but our experience was quite disappointing. When we initially called, we were informed that there were no new pizzas available and that we wouldn’t be receiving a refund. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, we finally managed to get our money back. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service we received and will not be returning.

Wow! My family and I really enjoyed the pizza. We ordered a 12-inch Meat Lovers and a 21-inch Hawaiian (it was enormous!). That was definitely too much pizza for just three of us. I wouldn’t recommend reheating it; we’re from the city and only had a microwave available, and it was much better fresh. The delivery was quick, and ordering through the app was easy. The only issue we had was with the sizes; we weren’t sure what to order and ended up with way too much pizza. It would be helpful if they suggested a slice count or family sizes when ordering. Other than that, it was super delicious! We can’t wait to visit again.

I appreciate when a restaurant uses quality ingredients, has a good dough, and employs friendly staff. Lucy's ticks all those boxes. It's a charming little pizzeria where I ordered a build-your-own pizza, which included paprika, sausage, and cheese. They did an excellent job with it!

Broadway location! burnt calzone! They actually sent a burned food item to a customer. other calzone is a grounded shape, but at least it is not burned. they certainly have their quality control slipped. I called six times to notify her and not answer. they need to know they screwed it up. I was so sad because we like to have their calzone. update: called the other location and they did it right. thanks, Lucy?s on hit

Clean venue with enthusiastic service from a charming young server. Tasty barbecue wings with just the right spice and tang. Nice sauce and fresh toppings on the pizza. As other reviews have mentioned, they really like to blacken their pizza. The photo shows a pizza that was ordered ?light bake? and seeing someone else?s, ours really was cooked less. Ours was still enjoyable enough to finish, but be forewarned if you don?t like a dark, crispy crust.
